If you’re interested in volunteering do get it touch. Come and find out all about volunteering before making any commitment. We are open Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm as well as being contactable by phone (answer-machine available outside normal office hours), fax, email and through the website. If you call into the office, you can talk to our advisors about how, where, when and why people volunteer. There are hundreds of different volunteering opportunities out there and we can help you find the right one and provide ongoing support and advice if you want it. Volunteering benefits the individual undertaking it as much as those who are being helped so do 'Get Involved'!!
Registration is quick and simple (see our Downloads page for an application form) and once we have received your references, we will invite you in for a 1-2-1 confidential 'chat' with our Recruitment Co-ordinator. Whilst these are usually held during our normal working hours, we can arrange evening appointments when necessary. We don’t charge or judge and we keep things confidential.
As a member of Worcestershire Volunteering, we are able to signpost volunteers to opportunities throughout the county, co-ordinate the way we all work and ensure that the delivery of volunteering services are accessible in all areas of the county, to anyone who wishes to volunteer. So no matter where you live or work, there's a Volunteer Centre near by who is willing to help and guide you into volunteering!
